ADULT GYMNASTICS TRAINING
Faulkner's Dance & Gymnastics is more than just a state-of-the-art dance and gymnastics facility, but also one of the largest dance, martial arts and gymnastics facilities in the Triangle! Our program is committed to excellence in a safe and fun environment.
Our adult gymnastics program is for adult members who want to learn or get back into gymnastics. Come in and brush up on your skills, strength, and flexibility or just come in and have some fun. Mondays 7:00pm - 8:30pm.
